Technical Support for participation in the Online Tender

The Economic Operator will be supported by our technical experts in the optimal use of the e-Procurement platform, integrating operational consultancy and specialised training, in the phases of participation in the online tender on the DigitalPA Online procurement platforms.

The indicated cost refers to the support service for the participation for 1 telematic tender on a DigitalPA e-Procurement platform.

The service includes:

• Guide to participation in the tender procedure (open tender procedure, negotiated procedure, by invitation, direct negotiations, requests for quotes, etc.);
• Insertion of administrative, technical documentation and economic offer;
• Support to the use of the digital signature for the official subscription of the documentation;
• Guide to participation in a tender with a time window;
• Support in the use of integrated messaging: sending questions or answering requests for document integration or preliminary assistance;
• Support to connect to the tender session remotely.

The service will be provided by appointment based on the availability of operators. The appointment must be requested with at least 48 hours’ notice.

The service, according to the principle of disjunction and tertiarity, may not concern any essential element of the bid.
